since metal is a reactive metal,it is not resistant to corrosion(rusting).to prevent rusting we can:
1.galvanize iron.i.e.,coat Zn over iron.
2.greasing.i.e.,coat it with oil.
3.alloying.i.e.,making iron an alloy by mixing it with another substance.
(example):-stain less steel is an alloy(Fe+Ni+Cr) and it is resistant to corrosion
4.electroplating
For preventing corrosion don't keep your jewellery open in humid place, most jewellery boxes come with inner cover to keep moisture out, you can try putting a layer of clear nail paint on it.
Yes, coins can corrode over time due to exposure to moisture, oxygen, and other environmental factors. This corrosion can cause coins to develop spots, tarnish, or discoloration, affecting their appearance and sometimes their value. Proper storage and handling can help prevent or slow down the corrosion of coins.
Both Hydrochloric Acid and Sulfuric Acid will corrode steel. HCl is used as a "pickling agent" for steel by converting rust (Iron Oxide) to Ferrous Chloride. H2SO4 is also capable of attacking Iron and Magnesium to form Metal-Sulfate mineral complexes. The corrosion rate of steel in sulfuric acid depends on temperature and concentration. In storage tanks and pipes the corrosion rate is also a function of flow velocity. but if you try flourosulphuric acid then it will literally make the steel disappear.... and acids like carborane and magic acid these are strongest acids
To investigate the effectiveness of paint as a method of preventing corrosion on an iron-containing object, you can conduct accelerated corrosion tests in a controlled environment with and without the paint. Measure the rate of corrosion or use methods like electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to analyze the protective properties of the paint. Additionally, perform visual inspections and compare the extent of corrosion on painted and unpainted areas over time.
To prevent safety glasses from fogging up, you can try using anti-fog wipes or sprays, adjusting the fit of the glasses to allow for better airflow, or using glasses with built-in ventilation.
yes Eh? what do you mean yes? Give a way. Like maybe they paint cars to keep them from rusting?
try it and find out.
NO!!!!!!!!!! they try to score the people who try to prevent it are the Defence

Cessna are the manufacturers of light aircraft and biz Jets, Many of the aircraft are produced in the US with the exception of the upcoming 162 model which will be made in China. Cessna itself is a division of Textron who also own Bell Hellicopters. Cessna Have Produced models from the infamous training aircraft; the 152 from the Citation Bussiness Jet. Cessna's can typicaly be found at flight training schools, They are comparable to Piper Aircraft. I fly a 152 and it is a single engine light aircraft, very controlable and comfortable. For further reading try googling Cessna. Hope this helps

There is a product that looks like flat washers made of felt that you can fit over the battery posts that will prevent corrosion (don't remember what it's called, but available at your local auto aprts store or Walmart). You can also try putting a dab of grease on the battery posts and terminals after cleaning. The grease will work best for you to help eliminate corrosion's. The point of putting grease on the terminals is to keep oxygen from coming in contact with the terminals and also help with keeping acid off the posts. When you clean the terminals use baking soda and water to neutralize the acid which will help for future corrosion
Try looking in the owners manual, If not, try phoning the manufacturers customer service
Get a copy of the manufacturers service manual and it should have what you need. Try the manufacturers web site also. bikebandit.com has some awesome diagrams
I believe it is. Try dictionary.com for more information though.
