Try WD-40. Any penetration oil should work.
Not particularly well. Rust (iron oxide) is not soluble in acetone to any significant degree. If you use acetone on a rusty object and some of the rust comes off, it almost certainly has more to do with mechanical forces (you rubbing it with a cloth) than with the acetone.
You can scrape it off with a fork/knife thing but it might take off some of the inside paint. If you cant just try taking it off with your hand in a glove and keep scraping it off with your hand until its all gone.
To remove Fablon, you can apply heat to soften the adhesive and then carefully peel it off. Use a hairdryer to warm up the Fablon and start peeling it off slowly from one corner, making sure not to damage the surface underneath. Finally managed it! the large plug on the ecu was bolted in with some kind of shear bolt. in the end i had to drill the top off of it,remove the plug and then with mole grips remove the thread of the bolt from the ecu.
They are plastic right ? Prise them off with a screw driver, they'll come off quite easily.
Loosen the tensioner locking bolt and and back off the screw. Consult a manual if you are not familiar with how to do this.
First you must remove the buttpad, or buttplate that you have on the stock. You will reveal the hole that the bolt goes into. You will need either a long screw driver or a extension attachment for a ratchet wrench in order to take the bolt out and the stock off.
remove bar, chain there should be a small cover over the drive sprocket, held on woth a screw, remove cover, then there should be a screw or bolt holding the sprocket on, remove that, pull old sprocket off, replace it in reverse.
remove the seat and the main bolt is there and look between the handle bars and the tank for the other screw.
Most of the time it breaks off and you will need to drill it out and replace screew.
You have to have a special tool. It mounts to the side of the flywheel, then you screw the bolt into the plate onto the center shaft and it pushes it off...
One screw either side in the front arches. Remove indicators and one bolt either side under indicators, one big screw under the centre. And pull
To remove the fan blade from an Emerson electric fan, locate the screw or bolt at the center of the blade and use a screwdriver or wrench to loosen and remove it. Be sure to support the blade while removing the screw to prevent it from falling off. Once the screw is removed, gently pull the blade away from the motor to detach it.
Screw it off
Turn wheel until head of screw is visible use 7/16 socket to remove bolt use screwdriver to open slot slide jackshaft out.
