well when i spilled a lot of bright purple nail varnish on my white rug i used a normal cleaning wipe and some vinegar but people also say that rubbing shaving foam into your carpet works too. hope this has helped :)

Yes! You can use finger nail polish remover without Acetone. In addition, I recommend that you soak a cotton ball with remover, place on nail bed then wrap with foil for 5 minutes. Remove foil and cotton, then use an orange stick to help remove shellac polish from your nails. I like to condition my nails following this process.
Try some good old fashioned finger nail polish remover. It works on super glue.

Non acetone nail polish remover is good. Have you trid an acetone nail polish remover? Gentle rubbing of the stain with shaving cream.
