If you are referring toi the human diet.

Humans are natural omnivores; that is they eat both meat and vegetables.

Starting with our teeth, we have four canine teeth. These are for meat shearing.

We also have 16 molar teeth. these are for grinding/milling

vegetative matter.

Our digrestive tracts , stomach , liver, pancreas, gaall bladder, small intestine and large intestine are all naturally designed to digest and absorb omnivorous matter/food.

If you omit the carbivorous matter from the diet, you denying protein, iron, etc., required to build and repair body mass. The iron for replenishment of iron(III) to make healthy blood.

However, humans are NOT detrivores; that is we do not eat (partially) rotten food.
