To clean a clothes washer with Clorox, pour 1 cup of bleach into the detergent dispenser and run a hot water cycle without any laundry. Make sure to consult your washer's manual for specific instructions and safety precautions.
If there is too much soap in the clothes washer, you can run an additional rinse cycle to help remove the excess soap. Alternatively, you can manually rinse the clothes in the sink or bathtub to remove the excess soap before running another wash cycle. Be cautious to use the recommended amount of detergent in the future to avoid this issue.
There are three possibilties I know of: 1) poor water supply to house, need filtration system. 2) too much clothes in machine. 3) need new washer, if pieces are rusting the rust floats or an oil leak inside the washer will leave a line on the clothes at the top of the machine.
Check the manufacturer's instructions on your detergent packaging for precise dosing recommendations. Typically, you should use the amount recommended for the size of your load and the level of soiling. Overfilling the detergent may lead to excessive sudsing and residue on your clothes.
First, blot up as much of the spill as possible using a clean cloth or paper towel. Then mix a solution of water and dish soap, and use a clean cloth to sponge the area, working from the outside in. Rinse with clear water and blot dry. Repeat if necessary.

If the cistern is clean, 15 fluid ounces of 5.25% chlorine bleach (Clorox or Purex) will suffice. If the cistern water is turbid, increase the amount to 24 fluid ounces.

i'm not much of an expert but clorox will very likely make eczema much much worse. all i know is that it is a strong alkaline, and strong alkalines irritate the skin. eczema causes the skin to be very dry and itchy, and i think clorox will make it even more dry,red and itchy. so no, clorox is not good for people with eczema (heck if clorox makes normal people feel itchy and blistered, how do you think eczema people are going to be?). it isn't USED for baths, mate. it's good for clothes, and even then you have to be careful. do not use it for baths that would be very very bad.

Clothes shed so much when you put them in the dryer because the dryer is extremely hot and because they were just wet from the washer and you place them in the dryer the heat drys all the wetness which can over dry the clothes and they can shrink
