Depends on what you mean by "making" lithium. You can refine lithium from a lithium compound, which would be quite difficult. You would have to use a process called electrolysis. Lithium itself is highly reactive and flammable. You should not attempt something like this if you have not completed at least one college-level chemistry class or if you have not consulted a professional chemist or chemistry professor.
Actually creating lithium from other elements would require a particle accelerator. You probably would not have access to such resources unless you are doing PhD-level work.
To determine the number of grams of lithium nitrate needed to make 250 grams of lithium sulfate, you need to calculate the molar mass of lithium sulfate and lithium nitrate, then use stoichiometry to find the ratio of lithium nitrate to lithium sulfate. Finally, apply this ratio to find the mass of lithium nitrate needed for the reaction. Lead sulfate is not involved in this calculation as it is not part of the reaction between lithium nitrate and lithium sulfate.
Lithium and chlorine react to form lithium chloride, a white crystalline salt. The reaction between lithium and chlorine is highly exothermic and releases a large amount of energy.
Lithium
Lithium oxide is composed of lithium cations (Li+) and oxide anions (O2-). It forms a white crystalline solid at room temperature and is a powerful base.
When lithium reacts with water, it produces lithium hydroxide and hydrogen gas. The lithium metal may also appear to move around or float on top of the water due to its low density. This reaction is exothermic, meaning it releases heat.
because it is a project that takes super awesome thinking and is a project here at Upland Jr high school in my tech class.-DD
excellent project
i am not teling
how can you make an adobe house for a school project
You don't make it its hard
sticks or bark
Yasmin - I Think That School Can Be Hard, Depending On Which School You Go To And How Hard You Try. If You Keep Thinking To Yourself That School Is Rubbish and Hard, Then It Will Seem Hard. But In Reality School Is Only As Hard As You Make It!
You can make a tree for a school project with Popsicle sticks and cotton balls. Soak the cotton balls in green paint before gluing them on the stick.
The basids are a board and art supplies.
by makeing it!!
you fart
I like doing my school project because it's teaching me how to discover evidence and make up my own mind.
