Im in construction in the southern U.S. mainly Texas and we always have mold problems on fire walls and sheetrock. These ratio's have worked wonders for me and saved my companies thousands of dollars im sure. You can do a 50/50 ratio of bleach and water or for even better results add a little TSP. If you have a big job to do get a 5 gallon bucket fill with 2 gallons water 2 gallons bleach and 2 cups TSP. Furthermore for smaller jobs use 3 cups water 3 cups bleach and 2/3 cup TSP. You can also try a little less bleach in some cases if these ratio's dont work.

Thanks, Spencer Stein
