How many atoms in room?

That depends on the dimensions of the room, what is in it, what the temperature is, and what the pressure is. If the room is empty except for air (nitrogen, oxygen, small amounts of other gases) then it has a different number of atoms/molecules than if it contains different gases, liquids, or solids. Temperature and pressure also matter a great deal.

What state of matter in vinegar?

A room temperature and pressure (STP) is is a liquid.

What color will you get if you mix black and gray?

A darker color of gray or a color mostly black, if you do it right. It also depends on what shade of gray you are mixing with the black.

What are the colors that the pigments absorb the most?

It depends on the specific pigment, but generally pigments absorb colors that are complementary to the color they appear as. For example, chlorophyll absorbs mostly blue and red light, which is why plants appear green.

Why do the components of a colloid not separate?

Most colloidal suspensions have a size small enough not to be affected by gravity and the thermal forces give their motion. In the case of charged colloids, a diffuse layer is forming around the particles, composed mostly by counter-ions (small ions of opposite sign). These counter-ions are subject to attraction toward the surface by the opposite charge and are depleted from the surface by the thermal forces. When two charged colloidal particles approach each other, a repulsive force results, due to the overlap of these diffuse layers. This repulsive force does not allow for the particles to get in contact and aggregate. Without addition of salt or oppositely charged polymers, a colloidal suspension which is not affected by gravity can stay stable indefinitely.
