It doesn't cost anything because they won't sell you just one atom of it. It is a reactive product, so if you put hydrogen in a cylinder for sale the cylinder will be full of hydrogen molecules--H2. As far as what a whole cylinder of it costs, it depends on where you are and how large of a cylinder you want.

Hydrogen is a gas and would have to be stored under high pressure in a car to be used as a fuel. In the event of a crash with a car containing a cylinder of pressurized hydrogen the cylinder could rupture and any sort of ignition would cause the very flammable hydrogen to catch resulting in an explosion. A cylinder containing hydrogen in a car is a potetnial bomb. This is why the use of hydrogen is still mostly unseen in the automotive industry

Hydrogen carbonate, or bicarbonate ion (HCO3-), is colorless in its pure form and does not exhibit a distinct color.
A graduated cylinder is a laboratory equipment. Its purpose in the collection of hydrogen gas by water displacement is for measuring and mixing the volume of liquid.
