firstly, every chemical equation has to be balanced and you do that by making sure there is the same amount of stuff on both sides for example the unbalanced equation for water is H + O = H20 (hydrogen + oxygen = water) but the balanced equation would be 2H + O = H20 because the small 2 after the H in H20 means that there is two parts of hydrogen in the compound so therefore they would have to be 2 parts of hydrogen before the reaction takes place.

hope that helps.

When is the principle of a conservation of a mass number satisfied in a chemical equation?

When the equation is "balanced", that is, when the number of each kind of atoms involved in the reaction is the same in both the total reactants and the total products.

What is a balanced chemical equation why should the chemical equation be balanced?

A balanced chemical equation is when both the products and the reactants are balanced, or have the same number of atoms on each side of the equation. For example: 2H20 --> 2H2 + O2 This means there are 2 water molecules as the reactants (before reaction) and 4 hydrogen and 2 oxygen atoms as the products (after reaction). Technically the equation wouldn't work in real life if it weren't correctly balanced.

A balanced equation has equal numbers of each type of atom on each side of the equation. The parts of balanced chemical equation are the reactants on the left side and the products on the right side.

What information are conveyed by a balanced chemical reaction why is it necessary to balanced a chemical equation?

A balanced chemical equation conveys the correct molar ratios of reactants and products in a reaction. Balancing a chemical equation upholds the Law of Conservation of Mass, which states that matter cannot be created or destroyed.
