Dobereiner classified elements into groups of three. He introduced law of triads according to this law every element which comes in the middle of such a group has Atomic Mass equal to average of the atomic masses of first and third element.
for example
Lithium(Li) 7
Sodium(Na) 21
Potassium(K) 39
Year 1829; publishing of the article about triads.
Dobereiner gave law of triads. He arranged three elements such that the mass of the middle element was equal to the average of other two.
Dobereiner gave law of triads. The mass of centre element was equal to the average of other two
I think you mean "Who discovered the elementManganese?"Anyways, Manganese was discovered in 1774 by Johann Gahn.
The first slightly inaccurate Periodic Table of Elements was invented in the mid 1800's. Then Henry Mosley found the mistakes and re-corrected them in the early 1900's, which now is our current periodic table that we use.
A period on the periodic table is a row. This is the horizontal section of the periodic table.
There is no Pg on the periodic table.

Johann Wolfgang Dobreiner in 1823.
Because he was a good scientist
Johann Wolfgang Döbereiner, the German chemist.
One of the things he discovered was LITHUIM. It is on the periodic table as Li. Your Welcome, _Unknown_ :)
Firstly, he didn't discover it; the periodic table was invented. Secondly, he wasn't the one to invent it - although his work did contributem that was done by Gregor Mendeleev.
the periodic table was was not found it was created by a few scientists names, Johann Dobereiner, Alexandre Beguyer de Chancourtois, Dimitri Mendeleev,Lord Rayleigh, William Ramsey, and Henry Moseley.

A Periodic table The Periodic Table of the Elements.
atomic number
The name of the person working on periodic table in exactly 1800 is unknown. However the persons around that time were Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier in 1789 and Johann Wolfgang Döbereiner in 1817
Johann Döbereiner discovered patterns in atomic masses that foreshadowed the periodic table. Please see the link.
