That elements combine in certain properties because they are made of single cell atoms
Madeleev originally arranged the elements in the first periodic table by their average atomic masses. Later it was changed to atomic number by Moseley, or the number of protons each of that element's atom has.
that reason is because when you mix some chemicals and colors you can get the property of paint or if you mess up the chemicals you could end up with something that is totally different that could be dangrous like a gas that can kill you which is bad for your health.
Astatine(As) is an halogen , however, such is its position in the Periodic Table. it could have some metal characteristics. However, it is very radio-active with a very short half-life, as a consequence it is not fully characterised. Tennessine is the next down the halogens, but is an artificial element, and again not fully characterised. However, its position in the periodic table could suggest it is a metalloid/semi metal or with metal charactertistics. NB Fluorine - gas Chlorine - gas Bromine - liquid Iodine - non-metallic solid.
Yes. A quick look on search engine produced surepure.com, who offer tin wire from 0.01" to 2.5" dia, and foils from 0.001" to 0.375" thick. No doubt many other metal and element suppliers. Commonly, the phrase 'tinning wire' is used to suggest the coating of a (copper) wire with solder. So many of the hits will lead astray.
selenium is a non metal, sometimes considered as a metalloid also.
studies suggest that the herb has sedative, anxiolytic, and antispasmodic properties.
Mendeleev noticed that when elements are arranged in order of increasing atomic mass, their properties repeat periodically. He observed that elements with similar properties fall into vertical columns, or groups, and that there are empty spaces within the periodic table that suggest the existence of yet-to-be-discovered elements. He also noticed that the atomic mass of an element is not always the best indicator of its properties, and sometimes elements with similar properties have different atomic masses.

Copernicium is a synthetic radioactive chemical element with the symbol Cn and atomic number 112. Recent experiments suggest that copernicium behaves as a typical member of group 12, demonstrating properties consistent with a volatile metal

Largely hypothetical. Berkelium is a transuranic element, and perhaps a gram of berkelium has ever existed in all of human history. (If you really want to know anyway, despite the information having no practical use, I suggest Wikipedia, which has a good article on berkelium.)
Yes element 115 is real believe it or not i suggest u not to go looking for it in person

Recent events would suggest Polonium Po as the most lethal non-metllic element. see link.
I suggest that you google for them, find a store in your location and give them a call to find out.
