One option is a helium atom.
Another is a Lithium cation.
Or a beryllium cation.
Or boron for that matter.
Cause Li would be 1s2 2s1, Be would be 1s2 2s2 and Boron would be 1s2 2s2 2p1 so if they were to lose their valence electrons to become ions (cations) then they would have a 1s2 orbital.
:D
Every element after Lithium contains these orbitals.
hydrogen
Hydrogen
Helium.
1s and 2s orbitals differ in that 2s orbitals lie farther away from the nucleus in the next principle energy level. Other than that, they occupy the same shape of orbital, spherical, as indicated by the s.
One only - 1s.
Electrons start pairing in the 1s orbital. A 1s orbital can take two electrons, represented by 1s2.
the 2s orbital is at a higher energy level
the first orbital to be filled is 1s because in this orbital the negatively charged electron is closer to the positively charged nucleus than in any other orbital Quoted directly from my Chenistry Text Book ( World of Chemisty Zumdahl/Zumdahl/DeCoste , p377 McDougal Littell 2007)
The 2s orbital is larger than the 1s orbital and is higher in energy.

It has 1 electron revolving around 1 proton in the 1s orbital. It has 1 proton and 1 electron revolving in the 1s orbital

The 1s orbital.
Hydrogen is an element. Its atomic number is one. It has one proton in the nucleus, and one electron in the first orbital. It has no neutrons.
They all have a filled 1s orbital
the 2s orbital is at a higher energy level
The electron configuration of nitrogen is 1s^2 2s^2 2p^3. Nitrogen has a total of seven electrons, with two in the 1s orbital, two in the 2s orbital, and three in the 2p orbital.
1s
Nitrogen (N) has atomic number 7. It has full 1s and 2s orbitals. The 2px orbital has 1 electron, the 2py orbital has 1 electron and the 2pz orbital has 1 electron. So the valence shell is: 2s2 - 2p3. It contains 5 electrons.
