Any form of alkali(Ph higher than 7) will nutralise citric acid and any other other forms of acid.

Some common alkalis are:

Baking soda(Sodium Bicarbonate)

Bleach(Sodium Hypochlorite)

Soap

Any form of non acidic cleaners
