Carbon dioxide is the most common respiration product
Barium is a more active metal than aluminium. In fact, the lower elements in the activity series gains electrons from the higher elements, which are also called as displacement reactions. The final products of this reaction would be barium sulfide and aluminium metal.
When fuel is burned in oxygen, this is called combustion. Depending on the fuel used, the chemical reaction will be different. Taking propane gas, as an example: CH3CH2CH3 + 5O2 ---> 3CO2 + 4H2O All combustion reactions of fuel will result in CO2 and H2O.
Most chemical reactions naturally settle to a certain equillibrium, the point where the forward reaction rate equals the reverse reaction rate such that no further evidence of reaction can be observed macroscopically. The equilibrium can be shifted far to the products side (or right), meaning that a majority of the molecules in an environment are the desired product. A good example is the combustion of methane, the equilibrium for the combustion is extremely far to the right and thus most of the methane molecules undergoe reaction. However, many chemical equilibriums are not so extreme to either side and thus a good amount of both product and reactant will be present. By removing some of the product by a technique such as distillation, the chemical environment will no longer be in equilibrium anymore. Because of this the reaction will begin to proceed again forming enough product to reestablish the favorable equilibrium. In this manner reactions can be forced to the product side and product yields that were may have been considerably lower can be significantly improved.
It depends entirely on the configuration and compound. Silicate tetrahedrons (SiO4) are one of the most common cations found in the Earth's crust. Silicon dioxide (SiO2) is one of the most common compounds.

An acute febrile reaction is the most common adverse reaction to a blood transfusion. This is typically treated with tylenol.
glucose
Ethyne. It's a by product of oil refining and also is made in industrial quantities by the reaction of calcium carbide, CaC2, with water.

Nuclear fission.
Probable burning of fuels is the most common reaction used.
The most common product of the reaction is ammonia, NH3, but it is a uncommon reaction in nature, but this one of the most produced chemical in the world (for fertilizer).Equation:N2 + 3H2 ---> 2NH3This reaction is uncommon in nature because it can only form under the Haber-Bosch Process, which require a large activation energy, high pressure, and a catalyst.
One of the most common symptoms of an allergic reaction is an itchy rash
