Assuming you mean what is the oxidation number of each atom in the compound C3H8O? Oxidation rules state the the sum of all oxidation numbers in a neutral molecule equals 0.

1. O = -2

2. H = +1

3. C = -2

These numbers are derived from...

(-2) + (+1 x 8) + (-2 x 3) = 0
