The electron cloud.
An electron cloud is a volume or region in the atom where it is likely to find or detect an electron. It is actually really hard to detect an electron because an atom is mostly empty space, electrons are orbiting the nucleus at almost the speed of light so they orbit really fast, the electrons are very tiny and may be point like since we don't really know the volume or size of the electron, and an atom in reality is 3 dimensional which the electron cloud and orbitals is 3 dimensional. Since electrons are so hard to detect then they would call this volume or region of the atom an electron cloud because the electron cloud is a volume or region where they know that electrons are likely to be there even if they are hard to find. Or maybe the electron cloud is where they can also know the different sub- orbitals or subshells of the electrons.
The space in which electrons move around the nucleus is called the electron cloud or electron shell. It represents the region where electrons are most likely to be found within an atom.
The particles found in the area surrounding the nucleus are called electrons. Electrons are attracted to the protons in the nucleus, but are repelled from other electrons. This is why they can be found orbiting the nucleus.
There are no electrons in the nucleus of an atom, the electrons are in the orbitals around and outside the nucleus. There are no electrons in the nucleus of an atom, the electrons are in the orbitals outside and around the nucleus.
The orbital refers to the region around the nucleus where electrons are most likely to be found. Protons are located in the nucleus of an atom. Orbits are not associated with protons, they are specific to electrons.
what is the area outside the nucleus where electrons are found
atomic orbital
Electron orbitals.
The region around the nucleus of an atom occupied by electrons is called the electron cloud or electron shell. This is where electrons are most likely to be found based on their energy levels or orbitals.
This is the electron cloud, around the atomic nucleus.
They are not in the nucleaus, they orbit around the nucleus.
The blur of electrons around the nucleus of an atom is typically referred to as an electron cloud or electron orbital. These terms are used to describe the region where electrons are most likely to be found in relation to the nucleus.

Electrons are not found in the nucleus of an atom. Instead, electrons orbit around the nucleus in specific energy levels.
They were formerly called shells, they are more commonly refereed to as clouds now.

Electrons are around the nucleus. Protons and neutrons are in the middle.
