immiscible blend. substances are said to be immiscible if in some proportion, they do not form a solution. for example, diethyl ether is fairly soluble in water but these are not miscible as they are not soluble in all proportions :)

A heterozygous mixture is where the matter (molecules) retain their original properties, and can be separated by physical means. Example: A ttrash can filled with various garbage items. A homozygous mixture is where the matter (molecules) form bonds that can be broken by chemical means. Example: Making lemonaid with powder and water.
