normally if you add a base to an acid it raises the pH level makin it less acidic and if you add enough it will raise the pH level to 7 makin it neutral. antacids are composed of material with a basic pH level they neutralize some of the acid in your stomach to relieve heartburn. i do not know if it being a hydroxide base will have any significant effect
By adding the same (stechiometrically) amount of a (strong enough) base
A few drops of any indicator is generally enough to get a reading.
Transparent
Sodium hydroxide simply becomes ionized in water, no reaction will occur. And the concentration of NaOH will be reduced, if enough water is added.
When just enough strong acid (e.g. HCl) is used to neutralize a strong base (NaOH), the pH should be neutral (pH = 7.0).

you don't weigh enough

hydroxide, silver nitrate solution, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide

hi
the purpose of a pH indicator in the manufacturing of fruit juice is so they can tell if the juice is too acidic or not enough.
When playing Shop Empire 2 one can neutralize a villain visitor by having enough security guards working during the day. There is no set number of guards to have, it just depends on what is going on at that time.
