Look for Colibri or London butane with colored multi-adaptors. One of these adaptors will do the job.
Do you mean propane? If not then a butane what eg. lighter or tank.
There are a number of different steps to take when refilling a Butane lighter. First, shake the Butane gas can, then hold the lighter and the gas bottle upside down. After this, one should place the stem of the refill can into the bottom of the lighter and allow approximately 10 seconds for it to fill up with gas.
usually about 45 psi
It can be difficult to see the flame. You don't have a way of seeing what your level is, when you run out you will not usually have a refill can with you. Butane lighters require more maintenance than a Bic lighter. Butane costs more. Especially triple filtered.
Walmart, most commonly found in or around the aisle where the cigarettes are sold.

In a word - NO. The Cross cartridge is a bit longer than that of the Colibri while the end that is inserted to the nib is actually smaller. Just tried it at Staples and am trying to wash the results off my fingers. Hope this helps.
Sorry No Refill!! This was a disposable lighter.

Most vintage Bentley lighters cannot be refilled. They were made to have disposable tanks that would be replaced. Start looking on eBay for one. I have a new Bentley "Lady" lighter.I found out that if I hold the lighter open I can fill it from the top with a butane can.

When they first came out, 30 years ago, they were designed to simply refill with butane for cigarette lighters. I did it numerous times until the curling iron mechnism broke- It was in the instructions. Then they re-designed so you had to use their refills. If you can get the openng to allow it you simply use regular butane.
