Francium, Fr.

because the electron tranfer between an atoms and it doesnt belong to one atom
I'm guessing that because they're next to each other on the periodic table, that's why they have similar properties! :)
Radon!
Argon belongs to group VIII, the noble gas family. Elements in group VIII are the most uncreative elements, thus it is safe to store reactive substances in them because they will not react with the reactive substance.
It does not belong to any; it is simply a nonmetal.

The most reactive metals of the periodic table are those that belong to alkali group. Among this group, the more electrons contain each atom of each element, the more reactive it is. This is why Francium is the most reactive of alkali metals.
They all have 0NE electron in their outer shell: called s-electron. That's why they belong to group 1
Radon!
Electrons are fundamental particles and they are the same, whatever element they belong to.

Placid
It is a measure of how easily an electron cloud is distorted by an electric field. Electron cloud will belong to atom, molecule or Ion. It is the quantitative measurement of the extent to which the electronic cloud can be polarized
All of the above.
It does not belong to any; it is simply a nonmetal.
