I would hire a leak detection company first. They should be able to pinpoint the leak to within 1 foot. A leak detection company is not always a plumber, but they can be. Ask them. Use someone like United Leak Detection or American leak detection Than I would consider either jackhammering thru the floor and fix the pipe, or bypassing all that and just run new lines thru the walls and or attic. If you are in a warm climate this can be a better option for you. In cold climates, you need to have a second story so that freezing is not a problem. Problem is that your leak might just be the first one of many to come. Thus therefore, I would recommend just bypassing all the jackhammering and such, and just have the plumber run new lines.
So my answer is: run new lines thru the walls or attic. Unless you can't then you won't.

In anarid region, concrete placed as a road slab or roof slab gets dried up in a very short time, say within 2 hours. This condition should be maintained for 24 hours or at least till the final setting time of cement at which duration the concrete will haveassumed the finalvolume.Normally curing is done for 28days at 90% of strength gain is achievedUntil maximum design strength is achieved (should be 28 days): Concrete does not gain strength by "Drying out". It gains it through a process known as hydration. The road slabs used as an example in the first post will still undergo hydration once water makes contact with the concrete. (rain). k.k
Common causes of water leakage in homes include damaged pipes, faulty plumbing fixtures, and roof leaks. To prevent water leakage, regular maintenance of plumbing systems, timely repairs of any leaks, proper insulation of pipes, and regular roof inspections can help mitigate the risk of water damage in homes.
Using a concrete roof sealer can help protect your roof from damage caused by water, UV rays, and other elements. It can also enhance the longevity of your roof by preventing cracks, leaks, and other issues that can lead to costly repairs.
Common causes of roof leakage include damaged shingles, improper installation, clogged gutters, and flashing issues. To prevent roof leakage, regular maintenance such as inspecting and repairing damaged shingles, keeping gutters clean, and ensuring proper installation of flashing can be effective measures. Additionally, timely repairs and addressing any issues promptly can help prevent roof leakage.
The most common cause of ceiling stains is water leakage or seepage from the roof or plumbing pipes.
Clay tiles are installed on a roof by spreading a thin layer of concrete on the roof and setting the concave face of the tile into the concrete.
I believe you mean the ceiling, which is concrete.
You have a major problem. concrete is not water proof (liquid or vapor)or really even water resistent. If you look at a concrete pool or tank, a thin plaster coating provides the water proof layer - not the concrete. Your best bet is to remove the concrete, lay down a real water proof layer and reinstall the concrete. You can put so called water proof paints/materials on the cement, but they will only last a few years. In the mean time, you will have completely rotted the wood framing that supports the concrete slab.

To install a ridge cap on a roof, first, ensure the roof is clean and dry. Place the ridge cap over the peak of the roof and secure it with roofing nails or screws. Make sure to overlap the ridge cap pieces to prevent water leakage. Finally, seal the edges with roofing caulk for added protection.
