One hates to be the bearer of bad news, but ... probably just about as much as a piece of scrap paper the same size would be.

The issue is that a reproduction of at least the 1781 $250 Virginia bank note was issued as a souvenir, and it's FAR more likely that you have one of those than that you have a piece of genuine antique currency. Is the serial number on your bill 1165? If so, it's virtually certain that it's a reproduction.

If you want an accurate valuation of your bill, you would need to take it to a dealer.
