The answer is to just try to be a nice kind person, and maybe take care of nature and stuff. You can try speaking aloud when your by yourself in a quiet room, but not when there is loads of noise, i doubt fairies like noise. Dont just ask them to do stuff for you, try and offfer to do stuff for them as well, meditate in a quiet place, or a garden, and try and open your eyes and will them to see further than just the normal everyday views. Invit fairies, maybe make a little house for them. You need to try and gain their trust, then they may show themselves to you.
