This is a coin from the Ukraine. The words are not "5 konihok" but rather "5 КОПІЙОК" which is in the cyrillic alphabet, and would be pronounced as "5 KOPIYOK" in English. There are 100 Kopiyok to the Hryvnia, and there are about 8 Hryvnia to the US dollar as of early November 2009, so the exchange value of the exchange value of the 5 Kopiyok is about 0.6 US cents.

You didn't state the year, but while the 1992 is very common (worth maybe 50 US cents in Uncirculated condition), the 1994 5 kopiyok coin is actually quite scarce and could be (according to the Standard Catalog of World Coins) be worth up to US$100.00 in Uncirculated condition.
