Generally, it is worth between a few dollars to around $10 or more if in excellent condition. It's best to consult a coin dealer or a price guide for an accurate valuation based on the specific coin's state.
Unfortunately, it was given to me as an American Quarter by mistake....but since it is foreign,....I am keeping it as if it were worth more than that. Locked away now...
$2 to $950 depending upon the condition of the coin.
An average coin would be about a dollar in a coin shop, and 5 for a very good one.

Coins from Belgium were issued both in French and in Dutch (actually, Flemish) - your coin is Flemish (French coins refer to "Belgique" rather than "Belgie"). 60,000,000 "Belgie" 20 Franc coins were produced in 1981 (and a further 60,000,000 "Belgique" as well), and one is worth about US$0.70 in Extremely Fine condition and about US$2.00 in Uncirculated condition.
