I don't know but I found one someone was throwing out and couldn't pass it up.
The Mrs. works for Radio Flyer in Chicago so I will have her start asking questions. I am sure some of the older timers there will have some knowledge of it.
On first questioning my wife said that Radio Flyer made wagons for other companies but that was a very long time ago, probably when the family was trying to get established and were trying to make a name for themselves.
The tires on the one I "procured" do say Chicago on them so some of this may be true.
Hamilton steel made these wagons out of Chicago ill. I have one the only history I've found is a flyer from krambo food stores shows the wagon for 6.95 the add was from 1957. I've only seen two of these wagons. Krambo was a grocery chain in northern Wisconsin. Green Bay Appleton areas. Hope this helps it's the only info I can find on these wagons I assume there a rare breed .
There are several places you can find information about discount airfares. If you fly regularly with the same airline, why not ask them directly if they offer frequent flyer rewards? Some credit cards offer flyer rewards or you could try cashback sites to see if you can earn cashback when you book your flight.
