You can tough it out, but even that gets annoying, you can disconnect your phone, but then legit calls don't go through. So fight back. Tell them this call is being recorded, and is goin on YouTube, tell them if they make one more phone call you will trace their call back to the original source and call it at obscene hours of the day, put their phone number all over the internet and hire hackers to mess with it if they have a bad day. Especially on foreign sites. Nothing's worse than having a guy in Malaysia calling chase and they don't understand him. get a friend at a broadcasting company like a radio/newspaper or tv station and get them to do a story on it. i don't know get creative.
