I just purchased a #2 on line for $15 plus $12 shipping. You can find them on several auction sites with and without the tin cup used as a ground coffee collection cup and a hopper cover for $15~$45 DEPENDING ON CONDITION.
A good "value or worth" for a #2 would about $50 in good condition with catch cup.

To build a competitive vintage mill deck, consider strategies such as including powerful mill cards like "Glimpse the Unthinkable" and "Hedron Crab," using cards that can protect your mill strategy like "Counterspell" and "Force of Will," and including cards that can disrupt your opponent's game plan like "Surgical Extraction" and "Mindbreak Trap." Additionally, consider including cards that can help you draw more cards or search for key pieces of your deck, such as "Brainstorm" and "Demonic Tutor." By combining these strategies, you can create a strong vintage mill deck that can compete effectively in the format.
