There are actually four different varieties of this coin, the most common ("narrow 9") being valued at $2.25 in VG condition. If it's a "wide 9", the value goes up to $30.
If by chance you have a "double-punched" 9, the value increases considerably - in which case, I would recommend seeking out a collector or dealer who specializes in Canadian Coins if you're interested in selling.
