July 16, 2009 The 1910 Barber Dime was struck in 3 US Mint facilities; Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco. The mintmarks for these mints can be found on the reverse [tails] side of the coin beneath the wreath. The letter "D" indicates the coin was minted at Denver, Colorado. The letter "S" indicates the coin was minted at san Francisco, California. If there is no letter there at all then that indicates the coin was struck at the mint in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in this reply is repersented by 1910-P.
