If you search for "Find Pen Pal" in Google or another search Engine, lots of results will pop up... here is an example: http://www.penpalworld.com/ I would be extremely cautious, especially if you are young, because sites like this sometimes are more focused on singles and dating, rather than on conversation of a more neutral sort. The ads could reflect the same focus. Look through the sites carefully, and be cautious about what topics you are willing to talk about, and be selective when offering your trust... just as you would be in real life. There are definitely predators online, and you don't want to get mixed up with one. That said... pen pals can be great as well, and it is always cool to get to know a new person.

Pen pals you can find by putting in an ad in a magazine in the contact pages. Just choose a mag you like so you'll meet people with the same interests or mags that are sold in other countries so you get pen pals in other countries as well. Also Google "Pen pals" and tons of sites come up.
