There is only one member of the House of Windsor on the coinage in the United Kingdom, other former colonial nations, and dependent territories. (E.g. Canada, and the Falklands Islands) The one member that appears on the coinage is head of that household which is currently Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second.

Great Britain is a Parliamentary democracy, meaning that the people may elect a Member of Parliament to represent them. The political party with 326 or more Members of Parliament form a Government. This Government is formed in the name of Her Majesty the Queen. Hence the expression Her Majesty's Government.
