After the battle in Naruto shuppuuden where Garra loses his tailed beast does he ever get it back if not can he still use his sand jutsu?

i dont think he gets it back, but its obvious that he'd be able to use sand jutsu still...just not with such a near endless supply of chakra. He's base element is earth, and cause he's grown up in the desert, its his main technique, cause he had little else to use for earth except sand so yeah...of coarse he can still use sand jutsu, and no he dont get shukaku back
