Frist you have to go to a lowgrade wrestling federation like OVW ( Ohio valley wrestling). Then They Will Send you To FCW ( Florida Championship Wrestling). Then, You wrestle and wait until the WWE offers you a contract.

No experience is needed to go to OVW's school. In fact since they teach the "WWE" style of wrestling and not the Independent style, not having any experience might be better for your chances there.

To get into the WWE, you need to train in wrestling by going to a wrestling school. Then, once you graduate, you work on the independent scene. If you are lucky, a company such as 1PW may sign you. From ther you move up to either ROH or CZW. Then after ROH, you may eiher go to TNA or WWE if they are interested in signing you.

i don't know how it works in the US but in new zealand you need a wrestling licence before you are allowed to wrestle in a money earning promotion AND if you want to go to WWE they require you to have a licence

None... its about wrestling in the ring not in a circle. You have to wrestlers in wrestling promotions to get vague techniques. Then from there the wwe has their own wrestling promotion/school. I believe in Florida. Somewhere in the southeast US.
