u should make a very tight fist. 2 pull back ur arm to ur ribs. 3 flick ur hip forwards. 4 right towards the end of the puch tighten everthing (arms,abs,and chest)

where to punchaim 4 under the nose(it jolts all nerves in back of the head)

solar plexis (very painful)

pubic area/pubic bone (very painful) (never down strike groin thats 4 knees and kicks) hope it helps!!! thanks
