It depends on the context...
In France, it is often "la boxe thaï" (or 'la boxe thaïlandaise'). To be more correct, you could use "Muay Thaï" They both mean the same thing. Muay Thai makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. It is basically Thai boxing/Thai kick-boxing.
But there is also "la boxe birmane" (aka. Lethwei) which is Burmese kick-boxing.
