No. In World Wrestling Entertainment, The shows RAW & ECW are live, but Smackdown is pretaped. They film Smackdown & ECW on the same nights, but air ECW live. RAW is historically the first live wrestling show on television,I do believe.
Yes it shows on local channels I live in New Jersey so it show CW11 although it will show on MyNetworkTV on October 2009.

Smackdown vs. Raw is a Video game, Not a TV show. On Monday's it shows "RAW" at 9:00 PM. (for where I live, I am not sure if the time zones have a difference when it is shown) And on Friday's it shows "smackdown" at 8:00 PM
