No it is still fake. They just say it because if you do it for real you will hurt yourself. They do it fake and don't get hurt. Yea I Agree, Me & My Friend Thought That They Dont Want You Getting The Real Action WWE Is Not FAKE, It is Scripted meaning they know the winner of the match before hand, they know who they are suppose to lose, they are actually hitting their bodies on the mat and hitting each other with chairs. The warning label is targetting the children because WWE is immatatable for little kids. So To answer WWE Is Scripted but the Moves Like a "Piledriver" if not done correctly could paralyze someone or crack their neck the move is not often attempted
