That's kind of like asking if there is a real lion who can defeat a moose without teeth or claws. Men don't fight animals barehanded, that's why we're at the top of the food chain!

That said, if it came to it, a primitive hunter could probably contrive to win against a moose barehanded, probably by jumping on it's back and gouging it's eyes out.

The Native Americans, while not unarmed, would stampede buffalo off of a cliff, and that actually counts, as they weren't using their weapons.
