there are so many its really hard to tell but personally i would think Futon: Rasenshuriken because it combines chakra control which kakashi had said that even jounin still have trouble with, you need a massive quantity of chakra, you have to learn rasengan which took the 4th 3 years to learn and he was considered a genius, no one else in the world can do it but naruto, you have to be able to use nature chakra and infuse it with the rasengan whilst keeping a steady flow of both chakra and not disrupting anything or it'll blow up in you face, not even the 4th, jiraya or kakashi could accomplish doing it and two of those people were called geniuses, one was the greatest hokage yet, and the other one of the Legendary Sanin... Also it would take years and years and years and years to master it and could be shortened if you could do mass shadow clone justsu and have a ridiculous amount of chakra to complete the training Naruto went through. Kakashi said that only Naruto could go through that training because of those attributes and i would like to think also cause his resilience so other people who would try that training would probably die......
The jutu's are sexy justu,multipul surrikan jutsu and shadow clone justsu,rasengan,surriken rasengan,summoning jutsu,cindori,fireball jutu and the sharigan jutsus whick i don't know and waterdragon jutu and wood jutus. That's all I know.

Well Naruto has a few in Naruto (not done watching Shippuden yet sorry!) There is the Shadow clone jutsu, multi shadow clone jutsu, axe kick jutsu, Rasengan (supercool), and that's about it. Naruto specializes in close combat jutsus such as taijutsu and ninjutsu. So he uses his fists alot. In Shippuden he reveals some of his training when he shows his giant rasengan.
