judo fighters wear a white suit and white trousers with a coloured belt depending how skilled you are you dont wear any shoes. :-)
A Judo Gi. The Gi in Japanese is translated into uniform. There are different types of uniforms. White and Blue, competition one and non-competition. Normally you will wear your non-competition uniform in your Dojo (the hall where you train with your instructors) And you'll wear your thick and heavy Gi to competitions. Also, it's very useful to own both white and blue uniforms. Because at competition you may be asked to switch colours. I personally use my blue Gi for competitions and my white Gi when I'm training. Hope this helps :)
The belt order goes as follows: White (Single Wide) Yellow Orange Green Blue Purple Brown Black (1-5th Dan) Red and White (6th-8th Dan, Most Still Wear Black.) Solid Red (9-10th Dan) Double Wide White Belt (12th Dan, has never been awarded. Perfection has to be attained before receiving this belt, and perfection is not possible. The Kodokan, and other judo organizations have the power to award this but never have.)
Japan was the first to create Judo. It is traditional for them by using some of the jackets like how they wear recently and make Judo into a sport. The first creator wanted to make Judo into a gentle sport and not so rough but it failed because YOG does not have fighting sports in that time so he wanted to be the first creator and stated a Judo club for all the kids and adults.

Yes, it matters more on the color of the belt.

You should wear a solid blak belt with the leopard print dress.
You should probably wear a red belt, but if you're wearing white shoes, where a white belt.
Judokas wear a Judo Gi. It is somewhat like those white outfits you see Karate-kas wearing, or most other martial artests.
