As of now - Never. When Jeff Hardy left the WWE in 2009, due to health issues, many speculated that he would return after healing. However early 2010, Hardy made his debut in TNA Wrestling on an episode of their Impact show. As of now, it looks like Hardy is happy with TNA and may not return to the WWE in the near future. However, nothing is ruled out and he may return in future.
