I don't know what TLC means for automobiles, but TLC can be The Learning Channel, Tender Loving Care, a 90's Female R&B/Rap group, or anything else you want to start with T, have L in the middle, and end with C.

Personally, I like Tubby Little Children, or True Life Colors.
