yes there is a type of drunk style kung fu. Jackie Chan uses it in his movies drunken master and the legend of the drunken master. He also used it in the movie Forbidden Kingdom. It is a really hard style to learn. It involves a lot of drunken movement to make it look like you are drunk. Also a lot of falling and making stuff look like it happened by accident.
