Wolves and jaguars are two very strong mammals. Jaguars are more agile and built stronger, and could easily overpower a wolf.
The Jaguar would win in a fight between two typical adults from each species due to it's greater weight and agility. However a pack of wolves would probably overpower the jaguar. - correct but ill explain in more detail :
A fully grown male wolf can attain a body length of 6ft 11 inches and weigh 60 kg (148 lbs), they have sharp 2.5 inch canines and are over 50 mph for short bursts of speed.
A fully grown male jaguar can attain a body length of 5ft 6 inches and weigh 140 kg ( 279 lbs), they have extremely powerful jaws and are packed with muscle for a small big cat.
Although wolves are taller and longer, Jaguars have the upper body strength of three wolves, and could 'slice and dice' it, with its razor sharp 3 inch claws.
If you mean a african hyana and Gray wolf ,Hyena is stronger .
Hmm.. maybe a Mexican wolf
if it were a gray wolf then maybe the wolf would win.
It depends. If it is a gray wolf, then a wolf would win. But if it is a smaller type of wolf, then a hyena might win.
wolf they are a prid species, meaning they wil own anything that gets in there way
Black footed ferret, gray wolf, jaguar, hammer head shark, Leather back sea turtle, ocelot.
During a fight they use their teeth and claws.
The wolf will die...
there are two species of wolves. the red wolf and the gray wolf. the mexican gray wolf is a type of gray wolf. so they are actually the same but the mexican gray wolf just specifies the region its in whereas the gray wolf is more of an umbrella term. :)
l would say the lion or the grizzly would win in a fight 1. The Lion or maybe the Grizzly 2. The Leopard 3. Jaguar 4. Cougar 5. Hyena 6. Wolf 7. Cheetah 8. Red Wolf 9. Black bear
well,it really depends on the number of animals taking place in the fight. if it was a pack of wolves vs a hyeana the wolf would win but if it was one- on- one then the hyeana would win because it has stronger bones and muscles, which are more useful in a fight+the hyeana has a stronger bight force.
The correct spelling for the color is "gray" in American English, whereas "grey" is used in British English. Thus, in the term "gray wolf," the correct spelling is "gray" for American English.
