Both are basically the same. Accept its proven that Flash is faster. Flash is as fast as the speed light. Where as Quicksilver is as fast as the speed of sound. Guns can fire bullets at the speed of sound. Flash dodges bullets all the time. If you faster than bullets your faster than Quick silver. FLASH WINS!Besides flash is just cooler.
