Superman. He can fly. He would fly him all the way to fortress of solitude and fight him there. Hawkeye could only have kryptonite arrows to defeat Superman. Superman would burn him on the arm and punch him in the face and throw him and then punch him into space and then fly him to Metropolis and punch him 7 times to knock him out. Superman wins all the way.
Superman would break his weapons. Superman has no options. He'd punch Deadpool into space. Deadpool has only 2 options. He'd either fight Superman and lose or he'd go away. Superman has a choice. Deadpool would still stick up to Superman. Superman would fly him to the air and drop him and Deadpool's power will be gone. Easy win. Superman all the way.

Deadpool. Superman may be all strong and fast but Deadpool cannot perish. If you're a comic book reader then you should know that Superman was killed by Doomsday. So eventually Superman would tire down enough to where deadpool could defeat him. --- Deadpool's been killed before and he came back to life. Although i do think this fight would go on for a long time. the only way i can see Superman winning is if he picks Deadpool up and throws him into space, and even after that DP will still be alive. The only way you can murder Deadpool is by cutting off his head, and it is highly unlikely Superman can do that before Deadpool gets the better of him. Sorry, Superman fans, but I think Deadpool would win. It's just my opinion. If you disagree, it's fine. --- Superman would win. He could wrap Deadpool inside an iron ball. He could also toss him into the Sun. If not vaporized, his atoms would be trapped there forever. The same could be done with Wolverine, who can apparently survive being slowly disintegrated but can still be trapped.
