There are more documented cases of Tigers killing Lions in fights although lions have been known to kill tigers. On average tigers are larger and more powerful than lions therefore have the advantage in a fight. There are no documented cases of either a Tiger or Lion fighting a wolf to my knowledge. It is not hard to conjecture though that a wolf would decisively lose against either being less than half the size on average.

A tiger will win because it's the largest big cat.
