Sorry but I'm just gonna talk about Naruto's moves. Rasengan: Naruto's main move. A blue "ball" that does damage. Created by clones. Shadow Clone Jutsu: Needed to use Rasengan. Naruto learned it from the scroll. Naruto can multiply like cells with this jutsu. Summoning Jutsu: Naruto can summon a huge toud that has amazing powers. Of course he knows more jutsus but he sucks at them unless if you're talking about the Sexy Jutsu.

No it cost chakara to make them and give them the amount of chakara he wants, if he chooses so he can do that but there are type of jutsus he can't use with his clones which is the downside oh and also I think you're trying to ask if naruto makes 9 clones not 10 because if he makes 10 clones that would mean 11 in total and it would mean 90.0909090909...... etc of his chakara would be used in other words it couldn;t be even if he did 10 clones he would have to make it un even....
Is saskue powerful or Naruto?
Sauske is powerful in genjutsu and his amertatsu but the genjutsu would not work on naruto because the 9 tails would wake him and go balistic like usual (like killer bee did) but naruto has combo and tons of clones and sauske most likely not use the amertatsu on naruto but naruto can use sage mode later on so tbh rasengan sage mode 9 tail fox i belive naruto is stronger

well just keep on using the chidori Naruto can't use the chidori, so it is reccomended you use multi-shadow clone jutsu, or toad blade cut and have lots of medical health and chakra pills.
